Here you will find details on the villa and also information on how to make the most of your time in Florida.

If this is your first visit or your twenty first visit we hope that you will enjoy your holiday and that you will find this brochure of use to you

Our villa is situated off Highway 27 in Calabay Park at Tower Lake. Newly built this year it is situated in a “Gated Community” which means that to gain access to the villa, you have to pass an automated security gate for which you will be given a pass code.

Approximately 30 minutes depending on what time of day you travel] from Orlando airport and 40 minutes from Sanford your car journey will be very straight forward and quite easy as you will be travelling on the interstate four. Detailed directions will be given to you before you leave your departure city and these will be very helpful.

Just three minutes from the villa is a large Walmart and various other shops so you will not have to go far to get groceries or take ways!!!

The main purpose of the majority of holiday makers visits to Florida is to take in those fantastic theme parks of Disney, Seaworld and Universal. All of these are in easy reach of the villa and should take no longer than twenty five minutes to reach…but then when you first visit the area you may find it takes a little longer as you have to adjust to their way of driving plus driving on the other side of the road!!!

Also the situation of the villa is ideal for Golfers…There are five golf courses within driving distance of five to thirty minutes and you can play around on courses designed by such greats as Greg Norman….A list of the courses is included. We have it on good authority that golfing holidays are better taken between the months of November and March as other months its just too hot to play.

Another great attraction is International Drive with all those designer shops selling goods at a fraction of the UK price!!! Our daughters have every colour of Timberland Boot available--all the same size but in every colour you can imagine and with the great exchange rate you can’t resist them at just £ 22 per time!!

We hope you find this brochure of use to you and hope that you will contact us with the view to booking the villa which has two years in the process of building -- purely because we wanted to buy at this gated community as we like it so much, and hope you will like it too!!

The villa has four bedrooms two with king size beds and en suite bathrooms. Two have single beds with a shared bathroom . All rooms have televisions and fitted wardrobes. All clean bedding is supplied and also all rooms have a very good supply of towels, so all you may need is a beach towel to take the water parks with you!

As you walk into the villa you have a separate kitchen which has a morning room where you can sit to eat your meals away from the living room. This has all the kitchen equipment you require including a high chair for any young child you may have.

The utility room is opposite the kitchen where you have the American washing machine and tumble drier. From there you have access into the games room which houses games for the kids.

The living room has ample seating and the television where you can sit and reflect after that hard day enjoying yourselves - theme parks, golfing. shopping, swimming with the dolphins, or being drowned by Shamu or cuddling up to Mickey!!!!

The pool area is larger than normal as we have and extended patio deck and you will be able to relax in the tub/spa or swim a few lengths before you go off to the parks or when you return in the evening to have that meal and drink by the pool. There is ample patio furniture there to make you comfortable and the children will be able to make use of the blow up toys supplied to play in the pool - there is also a security screen that can be used to keep young ones away from the pool until a responsible adult is there to supervise them swimming or splashing about.

We hope this gives you an insight into our lovely villa and that you will stay a while. Tower Lake has a beautiful Lake where there is a boat house. This is a plus for also those fisherman - or women amongst you who will be able to fish off the piers and catch your own bass or many other types of fish swimming in Tower Lake!!

Take your own telescopic rod on holiday with you or just buy one at the Walmart which will set you back a few dollars. You can also walk down to the boat house of an evening and enjoy the lovely views of the sun going down. It is a sight to behold.

Our villa is not only available to those who want to visit the theme parks but also to those golfers who want to take advantage of the excellent golf courses within easy “driving range” [ sorry about the pun!]

Golfing Holidays are advisable in the months of late September through to Easter as the weather is so much better then…still hot but not too hot.
