Villa Stay..2008

From Booking to leaving the UK for the villa we were provided with all
the info we required. The owner was so helpful and when we opened the
door to the villa we were met by the nicest sight we have ever seen.
A lovely villa well equipped, beautiful rooms ,lovely pool which was
totally private plus the sun all day long as promised by the owners. We
have told all our friends about this villa and we will definitely be
going back when Harry Potter opens.
Out of TEN..WE give this villa and its owners 15!! Thank you for all the
help plus speedy refund of our bond. .we look forward to staying again
very soon

We pulled onto Tower Lake trying to decide which villa was going to be
ours. As we turned into the road ahead of us was a lovely villa which
all the family screamed "That’s it, That the one!". The flight was
forgotten. Entering the villa it was spotless, the children were
speechless and when they pulled back the blinds the three of them jumped
fully clothed into the lovely pool All videoed for prosperity. Villa
provided us with everything we required, even fishing rods to try
fishing for the first time. We were down at he pier every morning and my
sons loved the time spent with a dad who is always too busy at home. The
pool was so private and we sat of an evening having a drink and
sunbathing till gone 9 pm. it was a truly lovely experience. Disney took
us 15 minutes, seaworld 20 minutes. The roads were congestion free and
it was very straight forward. Celebration was like a fantasy world and I
say you should try there. We booked the villa last year and the service
we received from Julie was really excellent she gave us advice and help
when we asked for it and we even phoned her from the villa [free calls
by the way] to ask her the way to a Mall! Anyone wondering about booking
this villa I say go for it ..you will not be disappointed a lovely place
to stay and great value for money. We will be returning again in a few
years time and will be looking to stay at the villa again. Service ten
out of ten, cleanliness ten out of ten, villa owners help and
advice...twenty out of ten!!! A holiday of a lifetime ..never to be
forgotten from arriving at the villa to our departure ..we were a very
happy family. We will be passing the villas details onto all our family
and friends as it truly is great value for money. Shirley

Brilliant Villa

We had 2 wonderful weeks in this brilliant villa, We cannot praise it
highly enough, everything was spotlessly clean and everything you could
possibly need is there. the solar heating for the pool and spa means it
is always warm even at 8 in the morning! The position is brilliant,
Calabay Park Tower Lake is just15 mins from Disney, and there are shops
and restraunts 2 mins away.

Tourists without a Car, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers,

A Stunning Villa

We had a wonderful time at this stunning villa. The communication from
the owner was fantastic and she couldn’t have been more helpful from
booking our holiday to the end she even contacted us on our first day
there to make sure everything was ok. The directions were great from the
villa to the airport it was so easy to find. The villa was just as
stated on the advert if not more spectacular, the photos do not do this
property justice. the property was spotlessly clean, with clean towels,
linen etc available for us to use. I would recommend this property to
all because we had such a fantastic time, The Kids loved the pool and it
is south facing also which means that the sun is there all day from the
minute you get up. The villa is located just off highway 27 and close to
all amenities and Disney parks. approx 15 mins to disney.20 mins to
international drive and shopping malls . There is a Wal-Mart located 2
mins away which I spent most of my time in as I had never seen anything
like it took me half a day to get round with some great bargains so take
an extra case. I will defiantly be visiting this villa again, hopefully
next year, once again, thank you for a wonderful holiday of a life time.

Hi, We are a family of four from Lancashire we stayed at the villa in
nov 2007, I myself am disabled but found the facilities at the villa
superb, the villa is new and the setting/location excellent. We have
travelled to Florida several times and have always stayed at a villa but
Little Mermaid was a superb winner hands down. We are saving hard to
hopefully return in 2009, thanks Julie for all your help and allowing us
to be the second set of guests to use your lovely villa.

We also stayed at Little Mermaid Villa and like the previous reviewers
the help and guidance we received from the owners was superb, they even
went to the trouble putting an extra lock on the door to make the
property more secure for our autistic son, who is a bit of an escape
artist. The kids had a great time, we did too, villa was spotlessly
clean and perfect for our needs. Highly recommended. |

We actually visited this site and came across the details of this villa
so we thought we would give it a try.
A really nice location set in a gated well kept community of mainly
private owned villas..by that I mean mainly rented out to holiday
makers.
We found the villa spotlessly clean with lots of clean towels, lots of
clean bedding and we simply cannot fault the place. WE were up early of
a morning for the parks but enjoyed sitting by the pool with the e sun
rising to the right of us, then when we returned of an evening the sun
would go down to the left of us while we swam in the he heated pool. To
say it was superb was putting it mildly.
The villa owners were very helpful as were the management company and we
recommend the villa toe everyone.
WE will be looking to return one day soon and hope that the second time
will be as good as the first visit.
10 out of ten....no I give the service we received form these guys and
the location of the villa 20 out of twenty.
Advice:
Easy to find the community no traffic jams and lots of shops to visit
Activities:
Too many to list but the local bars and eateries were great and cheap!!

Calabay Park @ Tower Lake is the sister community to Calabay Park. A new
gated community it offers the holiday maker a relaxing tranquil holiday
where guests can fish at the lake ..take a lovely stroll down to the
lakeside to enjoy the stunning sunset.
The community is ideally located ..15 = 20 minutes from Disney 25 from I
Drive and the universal/Seaworld Parks.
The beauty of the community is that road access is fantastic..out of the
airport, straight onto the Interstate four, off and Junction 55 and 7
minutes later you are pulling up at the electronic gates.
shops are two minutes away [Wal-Mart] and you have the new posner park
on the way down tot he interstate four..take lots of money.
The community is spotless. Gardens well kept the villas maintained to a
very high standard and the villa owners d their best to help make yr
holiday a very special one

Calabay Park @ tower Lake is on the I 27 just 15 mins from Disney, but
with shops and restaurants just 2 mins away is the perfect retreat after
a long day at the theme parks. We stayed at the little mermaid
villa,(www.littlemermidvilla.co.uk) which is a 4 bed/ 3 bath villa with
pool and spa, Everything was Immaculate, a credit to both the owners and
their agents in Florida.
The best thing about this villa has to be the owners (Julie & john) and
their attention to detail, from the first enquiry to after you get home
nothing is to small or to much trouble, they make a stay at their villa
special |

www.littlemermaidvilla.co.uk was the site we booked through. And we were
not disappointed to say the least. From booking the four bedder three
bath roomed villa to actually arriving there the villa owner was there
for us. Answering questions, seeing to any needs we had. She made our
stay a five star one.
This villa was like no other we have stayed in providing that home from
home feeling and also everything you could want in a villa from adapters
to hairdryers and ample towels. All we needed was our clothes toiletries
and that was it.
She sent us the directions two weeks before travelling then on our
second day she phoned the villa to make sure all was to our
satisfaction! We even had free international calls so we could phone
home without fiddly phone cards.
We would urge you all to look at this villa with it pool area getting
the sun all day and totally secluded from other villas. We relaxed of an
evening with the pool being used by the kids while we had a nice glass
of vino..sorry wrong country but what the hell. This place was well
worth the money.
Everything about the place was fantastic ad we are going again in 2009
and will be going to see Harry Potter with the kids ! Cannot wait! The
fishing was great with rods provided by the villa owner. First time
father and son have ever spent quality time the way it should be
..dangling rods over the pier and watching the sunset in the distance!
Would not think of staying anywhere else. Parks approx 15 minutes to
Disney, no traffic jams as with he 192 sea world 25 minutes away...ample
food places and the Wal-Mart just three minutes away!!!Everything a
holiday should be plus more
Would say give them a try..they really are what you want in villa
owners! |
