Situated on the Highway 27 the Little Mermaid Villa stands in the grounds of Tower Lake gated community. Tower Lake is the sister community to Calabay Park and is proving to be a very popular place to stay whilst visiting Orlando. Being “gated” only those staying at Tower Lake are able to gain access to the community. 

Take a walk down to the lake where you will find the Tower Lake Club House with fishing available to its villa guests [Bass Lake] so you can walk down to the lake after a hard day golfing or at the theme parks and maybe fish off one of the piers - even take a boat out  and catch your supper!! The evening sun setting over the lake is a sight to behold. 

Theme Parks are the main reason holiday makers visit Orlando. You will find the villa is only 15 mins from Disney, 25 mins from Sea World and Universal. Those wanting to visit Kennedy Space Centre will be there within an hour. If you want to spend the day on the beach, well the nearest one is Daytona just 30 mins. Those more adventurous may want to drive to Miami which is signposted as being 200 miles away! 

Golfing is another big attraction to Orlando and you will find ample golf courses to visit, details are available if required  The nearest course being Southern Dunes, with the renown Champions Gate just minutes away by car.  

The villa is just 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and approx 45 from Sanford. The beauty of driving to Tower Lake is the easiness - you come out of either airport and straight onto the Interstate Four [no turning off and getting lost!]. 

Sleeping eight adults the villa provides the following:

Bedrooms 1 and 2 [with en suite bathrooms] have king size beds, walk in wardrobes. Both bedrooms lead out onto the pool area.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds, built in wardrobes.

All bedrooms have televisions and radios.

All  clean fresh bedding is supplied also cots are available .

Bathrooms two en suite, one adjoining bedrooms 3 and four.

All bathrooms have a good supply of towels for guest use.

Kitchen with morning room. Kitchen has cooker, microwave, American fridge freezer [with ice dispenser and filtered water]. A large larder, eating area with ample seating round table. Highchair also available.

Utility Room : With American washer and drier, ironing board and iron plus cleaning equipment. 

Living area : Carpeted lounge with large patio doors that look out onto pool area. Suite incorporates sofa bed for guests nine and ten.

Cable television with computer games plus DVD player.

Villa has thermostatically controlled air conditioning.

Games room housing various large games.

Internet access is available.

In the villa you will find a very detailed information pack, giving you details of routes to the parks, golf clubs plus information on the local shopping….you will find this very useful whilst finding your way around on those first few days. It is our personal guide to Orlando 

THE POOL :  Large pool with a Jacuzzi/spa [with under water lighting] in which you can relax after a busy day with the odd glass of wine or three!! The pool area has a fitted guard that can only be taken down by adults - we recommend that the pool only be used by children when an adult is present. A handrail is fitted to the pool steps to help those who need support to get into the water. Access into the master bedrooms can be gained from the pool side.

All rooms are tastefully decorated and carpeted through out apart from kitchen/utility/bathrooms and hallway. 

Our villa is accessible to wheelchair users. Sloping ramps make access into the villa and out onto the pool area very easy plus there are grab bars in the shower areas of the master bedrooms and also a handrail into the pool. 

The nearest shopping facilities are three minutes away where you will find a large Walmart [ASDA] and Walgreen [pharmacy]. Ten minutes away, The Exclusive  Posner Park - which will give you fine restaurants, excellent shopping, movie theatres and so much more.
